Peggy Colbertt Canady, 72, died Saturday, April 16, 2016 in Metter, GA. She was a born July 18, 1943 in Lyons, GA to the late Eugene and Vercille Kight Colbertt. She was of the Methodist faith.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jake Edwin Canady, her brother, Dean Reynolds, her sister, Kathy Whitingham, and her step-father, Edward Edenfield.
She is survived by three sons, Tray Canady, of Metter, GA, Troy Canady, of Metter, GA, and Todd Canady, and his wife Alethia, of Richmond Hill, GA. Also surviving are six grandchildren, two sisters, Sue Strickland, and her husband Carson, and Frankie James, one brother, Dennis Reynolds, and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service will be Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
